Job Description:

Immediate need for sales advisers! The Auto Finance department of an established banking organization is seeking sales advisers for their Tempe office. Please review the minimum requirements below and if you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume.

Job Responsibilities:

- Reach out to generated leads provided to you by your team leaders for prospective clients.

- Create value for the client and offer products and services within the auto finance division.

- Successfully close sales and contribute to the success of the sales team.

Job Requirements:

- 2 to 3 years sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.

- Positive, go-getter attitude!

- Great references.

- Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Skills Requirements:

- Comfortable navigating through multiple computer systems at once.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Must be able to convey professionalism and confidence over the phone.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm

Compensation: $30,000 Base + Commission!
