• Required certifications will be confirmed through the Facility Unit Description.
  • Job Details
  • MUST HAVE DEDICATED BLOOD BANK EXPERIENCE AND HAVE WORKED IN A SIMILAR SIZED FACILITY.
  • 64 bed hospital with a dedicated blood bank that primarily uses solid phase technology with a high volume of L&D, Surgical, and ED patients.
  • ASCP-MLS required
  • ASCP-BB preferred
  • Hospital clinical lab work experience required
  • Experience with solid phase strongly preferred.
  • Uses Echo Lumena and NEO Iris from Werfen (formerly Immucor).
  • Lab information system is SunQuest and Beaker (product of Epic), EMR is Epic.
  • NO 1ST-TIME TRAVELERS.
  • Number of weekend shifts per contract are variable - will be discussed with candidate.
    • Job Requirements
    • ASCP-MLS certification
    • Experience in a similar size facility with a dedicated blood bank
    • Preferred experience with solid phase technology

      • 13 weeks contract length
