Job Description:

A company is looking for a Social Media Operations Analyst to support the head of social media in analyzing and reporting on global social media performance.



Key Responsibilities

Lead reporting and analytics to provide data-driven recommendations for social media and influencer strategy
Analyze social media intake and workload, providing recommendations for process improvement
Track and report on channel and content performance, setting benchmarks and contributing to campaign reporting dashboards


Required Qualifications

Experience in social media analytics and reporting
Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies
Ability to collaborate across teams, including marketing and data analytics
Experience in presenting insights and recommendations to leadership
Understanding of paid, earned, and organic content ecosystems
