Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Planning Analyst to support
User Support Services within the Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Survey Data Analytics and
Reporting
Analyze survey data using tools such as Excel, R Studio, and Power
BI
Collaborate with customers to develop new surveys and report
findings
Required Qualifications
US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree with 4 years of related work experience, or 8
years of related work experience in place of a degree
Relational database experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle
Advanced Excel knowledge, including VBA macros
Proficient in R programming language for statistical analysis
