Electrical Engineer Job DescriptionAret-- is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As an Electrical Engineer at Aret--, you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and testing a wide range of electronic equipment, including advanced imaging systems, LIDAR equipment, SONAR systems, and motion control/pointing solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed designs of circuit card and system electronics, including schematics, component selection, and layout requirements.
• Perform or assist with the layout of circuit cards and collaborate with vendors for fabrication and assembly.
• Lead the integration and testing of electronic subsystems to ensure they meet performance requirements.
• Provide project engineering leadership, ensuring that complex projects progress smoothly by solving issues and anticipating problems before they arise.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive the development and integration of advanced systems.Requirements:
  • 3+ years Electrical Engineering experience with BS/BA in Computer/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Hands on experience designing electronic circuitry and circuit card assemblies.
  • Experience with high speed, impedance controlled, and low noise circuit boards is helpful.
  • Experience with FPGAs, microprocessors, power systems, and analog circuitry.
  • Demonstrated track record with high performance digital systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to produce professional documentation and presentations with Microsoft Office products.Benefits:
