Our Employees Enjoy Diesel Mechanics Pay of $45,000 - $50,000 Annually (based on experience) Medical, dental, vision, 401K, long and short-term insurance, and life insurance Paid holidays Paid vacation Furnished uniforms Excellent working environment Positive culture Working Shop Supervisors Pay of $55,000 - $70,000 Annually (based on experience) Medical, dental, vision, 401K, long and short-term insurance, and life insurance Paid holidays Paid vacation Furnished uniforms Excellent working environment Positive culture Diesel Technician Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair issues in Class 8 trucks Diagnose and repair issues with brakes, tires, transmission, steering, and other systems Perform preventative maintenance Perform welding or fabrication tasks on trailers and other equipment as necessary Prepare and complete work orders on Cetaris maintenance software Maintain a safe and clean workplace Other tasks as needed Working Shop Supervisor Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective repair and maintenance operations. Oversee the scheduling of repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure that all work is completed within set timelines. Prioritize and assign work orders to the team members based on the urgency and importance of each task. Conduct regular inspections of fleet vehicles to identify any issues or potential repairs needed. Coordinate with fleet operators and other departments to understand their repair Requirements and Qualifications Diesel Technician Valid driver's license (CDL strongly preferred) Must be able to read and speak English fluently At least 1 year of truck and trailer mechanical experience is required Experience with Class 8 truck maintenance Possess basic mechanical tools Perform basic computer skills Perform basic math skills Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job Knowledge and use of hand tools from simple wrenches to pneumatic tools Shop Supervisor Qualifications Proven experience as a supervisor or manager in a truck repair shop or fleet maintenance facility. In-depth knowledge of Class 8 truck repair and maintenance procedures Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve high-quality results. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Shop Supervisor Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Certification or diploma in automotive technology or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in fleet maintenance or a similar role for at least 3 years. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to DOT repair and maintenance.
