About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Contact Center
Sales Specialist (SAFE)...In this role, you will:Lead or
participate in assessing customer needs through financial
consultationOffer products and services to prospective customers
using either pre-established leads or leads sourced by
incumbentsContribute to the resolution of client issues and partner
with others to meet Contact Center Sales functional area objectives
while leveraging solid understanding of the functional area,
policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate with
Contact Center Sales peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve
issues and achieve business objectivesProvide guidance and oversee
less experienced individualsThis SAFE position has customer contact
and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms
and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As
such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage
Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing
employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements,
including acceptable background investigation results. Individuals
in a SAFE position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements
under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations

liaison between various functional areas and customers to reach

Qualifications, US:4+ years of Contact Center Sales experience, or
equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the
following: work experience, training, military experience,

with experience actively listening, eliciting information,

skillsJob Expectations:Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm AZ Time, No
WeekendsThis position requires SAFE registration at the time of

financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit
