Direct Care Worker (Tempe/Phoenix/Glendale/Mesa) 3318 WHO WE ARE: TCH has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona since 1967. You can directly make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by joining our team as a Direct Care Worker. BEING A DIRECT CARE WORKER: We're looking for nurturing, compassionate, responsible people to be caregivers to our members, in the supported individuals homes. You must be at least 18 (21 for driving positions), have a minimum of 3 months related experience, pass multiple background checks & pre-employment drug screen, and have your high school diploma or its equivalent. Some positions require driving, so a motor vehicle check and an AZ driver's license is also required. Paid Training Provided!The opportunity to change someone's life for the better!
