highly motivated and skilled Scientist to join our dynamic research
and development team. As a Scientist, you will be responsible for
conducting comprehensive research and development activities
focused on products, methods, and processes. You will be assigned
projects with well-defined scopes and goals, and will receive
direction from more senior scientists, management, or project
leaders. Your role will involve participating in efforts to define
new components, products, or processes, and identifying technical
challenges. Additionally, you will play a key role in making
suggestions to improve work processes and creating potentially
patentable components for systems, reagents, or processes. The
successful candidate will be expected to plan and execute assigned
projects, utilizing a thorough technical and theoretical
understanding of numerous techniques. Furthermore, you will be
responsible for analyzing data, evaluating results, forming
conclusions, and providing/implementing process or document
improvements.
