SUMMARY (Overview of this Position)The Assembly Tech 2 will work in the sub-assembly, filter assembly, non-filter assembly, and shell assembly areas.You will be cross trained in all these areas as production needs dictate to develop the fundamental skills necessary to assembly custom connectors.ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned.)Use Filconn processes and procedures to build a quality product for our end customerGood communication skills, ability to communicate with peers, superiors, line leads and managementAbility to move within the department as instructed by line lead or management as the work load requires itWillingness to obtain knowledge of product and processAbility to follow directives as set forth by line lead and/or managementAbility to pay close attention to detailMust be a team playerOUTCOMES - (Accomplishments, performance, impacts, initiatives, leadership etc., that are occurring and are observable and/or measurable when and because the incumbent is performing job to a fully competent level.)Your First Pass Yield is = 98%Your Overall Yield is = 98%Customer rejects/returns from products you assembled is PI452b028b470f-25660-35682949
