Job Description:

The position starts as a Tier 2 Support Analyst as you learn and train on their systems.  After about 6 months, candidates will transition into their future roles within the company.  Last three resources we placed have transitioned into the following roles: BA, Network Engineer, and C# Developer
 
Overview / Responsibilities

• Job is a great opportunity for a College Graduates with 0-2 years of experience, that are excited about technology and this opportunity presents a great chance to advance your career quickly.
• Supporting roughly 14,000 users (Help Desk based out of Chicago takes initial calls as end user support and the Tier 2 takes escalated calls regarding the application issues)
• Working support tickets (utilizing other people and developers to help provide solutions)
• Conducting in depth research to problems
• Involved in data moves from new customers
• This person will have room to grow in the company. It’s a GREAT opportunity

 
Skills / Experience

• 
  

• Individual’s will need to have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from and accredited college preferably from IT degree.
• Passion for technology
• An analytical mind (statistics type experience helps a lot in this role)
• Ability to learn and comprehend applications and their technology environment
• Experience with MS Office will help
• Have to ask questions, and customer service skills.
• Energetic and desire to advance and grow
