Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Customer Service
Representative to join our team as a Technology Support Specialist.
As a key member of our Geek Squad, you will be the first point of
contact for customers seeking technology support, knowledge, and
solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Provide positive, timely service to customers during the
check-in and checkout process
- Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening,
asking follow-up questions, taking detailed notes, and providing
accurate time estimates for next steps
- Help set up and repair technology devices for customers
- Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to
customers
- Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agentsRequirements
- 3 months of experience in working in retail or customer
service
- Passion for technology and desire to solve problems
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced
industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays,
