Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Support Representative to
provide customer solutions and support for their software
products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve software queries to maximize customer
satisfaction
Identify customer training needs and organize training sessions
Complete remote installations of software products for end user
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Educated to HND level in a computing related discipline or up to 2
years' experience in a customer-facing environment
Fully conversant in aspects of healthcare and/or healthcare
applications
Previous software support experience, preferably while working
remotely
Proficient in CRM software and database management systems
Knowledgeable in multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions and
familiar with Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365
environments
