Job Description:
A company is looking for an RBT Trainer to provide remote
training for incoming Behavior Technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver RBT training content and assist with related tasks
Maintain communication with trainees and provide support throughout
the training process
Take daily data on trainees' professional and clinical
performance
Required Qualifications
Must have 1 year of experience as an RBT
Must be available to work M/W/F from 3-6pm PST or at least 6 hours
a week
Must demonstrate fluency in behavior reduction protocols and Mixed
Trial Teaching
Must commit to at least 1 year in this role
Must be flexible and adapt to the changing needs of the
organization
