Job Description:

Serve as a key support team member to the Team Leader, assisting with daily store operations, including profitability, expense management, buying, merchandising, labor, and regulatory compliance.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
  • Develop and maintain creative store layouts and product merchandising.
  • Analyze sales reports and labor to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, including new vendor development and paperwork submission.
  • Support Team Leader in resolving team concerns and issues.
  • Act as point person and department leader in the Team Leader's absence.
  • Maintain high standards of retail execution and teamwork.Requirements:

      • Lift 50 pounds.
      • Stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
      • Ability to work in wet and dry conditions.
