**Join our culinary team as a Line Cook**

We seek a skilled and motivated Line Cook to prepare high-quality dishes for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

--- Follow recipes and prepare ingredients according to established standards.

--- Ensure food is prepared accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail.

--- Cook and assemble dishes according to menu specifications and presentation guidelines.

--- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.

--- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift and assist in end-of-day cleanup.

--- Familiarize yourself with the menu offerings, including ingredients, cooking methods, and allergen information.

--- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff regarding menu changes and special requests.

--- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.

--- Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

--- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.

Qualifications:

--- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant or similar setting.

--- Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.

--- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

--- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food and cooking.

--- Must be able to work in a team and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.

--- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
