Line Cook OpportunityOcotillo Golf Club, part of Arcis Golf, is seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for our members and guests.
• Follow recipes and prepare ingredients according to established standards.
• Ensure food safety and quality by monitoring cooking times and temperatures.
• Set up stations with necessary ingredients, equipment, and utensils before service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
