• BLS - Basic Life Support
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
• Tech Cert Verification - National
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
• ENPC
• Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication)
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute

  • 13 wks
  • BLS, Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) required
  • Min 2 yrs First Assisting surgery exp required
  • Min 4-5 years of pulling vein exp required (relatively frequently & consistently) - If resource hasn't pulled veins in 3 years or less than 2 years overall exp please do not apply
  • Endo-vein harvesting & scrubbing exp required
  • Cardio-Thoracic First Assist needed
  • Endovein is a must and Maquet HemaPro will also be utilized
  • Would assist all open Heart, Thoracic & Aortic cases w/n CVOR
  • Has flexibility to help Vascular surgeons & any general cases
  • Call required for heart surgery team, including nights & wknds. 3p-7p (short call) or 3p-7a (long call)
  • EPIC exp preferred
  • NO LOCALS - Travelers must live 75 miles from TMC to be eligible

    • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in pulling vein required
    • Endo-vein harvesting & scrubbing experience required
    • Cardio-Thoracic First Assist needed

      • Schedule Information
      • Call required for heart surgery team, including nights & weekends. 3p-7p (short call) or 3p-7a (long call)
        • Additional Details
