Physician Advisor, Executive Director Utilization Management
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $325000.00 - $350000.00

• Leadership position, report to the CMO within this large health system which serves millions of patients annually
• Join this large, respected tertiary hospital where the best physicians/surgeons practice.
• The goal is to use resources for the highest quality care, appropriate admission status and optimized L.O.S. for every patient.
• Hold key relationships with the CFO, Directors of Utilization Management, Case Management, and the CHIO
• Position yourself in a role that can lead to executive advancement
• Represent a not-for-profit system with 3,524 team members & hundreds of physicians.
• Patient-centered model of care with an enormous value placed on quality and safety
• Advisor roles are responsible for defined quality, utilization management, patient satisfaction, and efficiency metrics, enabling your facility to achieve its stated goals

• Prior experience in Utilization Review, Care Coordination, Safety, and Quality is preferred.
