(Strategy & Operations).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic vision for Deal Management
Leverage Salesforce CPQ to streamline deal structuring and quoting
processes
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess efficiency
and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related
field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or deal management
in technology or software industries
Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ
Solid understanding of policy writing and governance frameworks
Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams
