Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Director in the Account Services Department.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee growth and development of top tier/key accounts
Ensure and deliver client satisfaction while managing account billing and profitability
Mentor and coach assigned account team members, fostering collaboration and productivity

Required Qualifications

7+ years of agency experience in an account management role
Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field
Strong understanding of advertising and marketing disciplines
Computer proficiency in standard software applications
Ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals and professional journals
