Job Description:
A company is looking for an Area Sales Director - Mid Market to
manage client renewals and drive customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of existing clients, focusing on renewals and
retention strategies
Proactively contact clients to understand their needs and present
renewal value
Handle pricing negotiations and maintain detailed records of
renewal activities in CRM
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in
supply chain management
Proven experience in closing SaaS renewal business deals
Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
Experience working within a complex, matrix organization is
advantageous
