Key Responsibilities
Oversee equitable and inclusive HR services, including talent
acquisition and performance management
Lead learning and development strategies aligned with
organizational goals
Manage compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring equity and
compliance
Required Qualifications
At least 8 years of experience in HR/People leadership in a
mission-driven setting
Proven experience in change management and team engagement
Strong coaching and empathetic leadership skills
Experience with DEI initiatives and fostering inclusive work
environments
Ability to manage HR systems and data analytics effectively
