A company is looking for a VP of Engineering Operations &
Technical Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and align engineering, product, design, and business teams to
achieve program delivery goals
Optimize global engineering operations and ensure effective
collaboration across distributed teams
Drive large-scale program delivery, establishing success criteria
and KPIs for performance measurement
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in technical program management,
engineering leadership, or product development
7+ years in a leadership role with a proven track record in SaaS or
software development
Strong experience in managing distributed teams and global
resources
Expertise in Agile methodologies and large-scale program
management
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related
field (Master's or MBA preferred)
