Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a robust e-commerce strategy aligned with
company growth targets
Lead product-level experiments and A/B tests to optimize conversion
rates and user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified
e-commerce strategy and enhance the online customer journey
Required Qualifications
Proven success in leading e-commerce growth initiatives and driving
significant revenue
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing,
SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization techniques
Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making and
analytics
Experience building and scaling products in the e-commerce
space
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree a plus
