Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer with
experience in managing and supporting cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the operational support of global multi-tenant
cloud-based applications
Proactively monitor systems and applications to enhance stability,
security, and scalability
Manage secure and resilient hosting of applications in a
HIPAA-regulated environment
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services
Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools
Proven experience in change management and incident review
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
AWS certifications preferred (Solutions, DevOps, or SysOps)
