The candidate will prepare Personal, Business, and Fiduciary tax returns. Performance-Based Bonuses. Opportunity to grow.QualificationsBachelor's in accounting or other relevant field required3+ years of Tax experience Proficient with:Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Ofice, Tax Software, QuickBooks Online and DesktopIndependent, self-motivated, ability to keep on task without direct oversightAttention to detailWritten and oral communicationWork ethic and professionalismResponsibilitiesPreparation of tax returns including Individuals, S Corps (1120-S), C Corps (1120), Partnerships (1065), and FiduciaryAccounting and bookkeeping support for a diverse base of clients, including data entry, reconciliations, account clean-up, allocations and adjustments, etcWork Location: Scottsdale, AZ, Off Shea Blvd, East of 101Job Requirements:--- Bachelor's Degree/Masters in Accounting/Tax a plus!--- CPA/EA or candidate for either a plus--- three recent years of tax season experience--- Experience with Quickbooks Desktop and Online--- Experience with Drake tax software a plus!--- Independent, self-motivated, ability to keep on task without direct oversight--- Excellent time management skills--- Open to instruction and coaching--- Professionalism: Good written and oral communication skills--- Dependable team player
