Job Description:

Fortune 500 company has just moved to town and is looking for an HR Manager/Generalist to manage their contact center.

Position Purpose:

Perform duties to plan, manage and implement the human resources function for the assigned business unit or location.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree REQUIRED in Business, Human Resources or related field. 3+ years of human resources experience.

Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.

Effectively partner with employees at all levels and be the trusted go to resource for advice and counsel on all matters related to human resources and organization development

? Evaluate current procedures and practices and ensure compliance with all human resource related laws, regulations and executive orders Initiate or authorize employee

hires, promotions, discharges, or transfers

? Develop and facilitate appropriate training and development opportunities for management and employee development

? Use Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to measure and track and communicate key indicators such as turnover, cost of recruiting, vacancy rates, competency levels, compliance, etc

? Ensure the culture reflects, respects and celebrates diversity on all levels

? Ensure compliance with all human resources related laws, regulations and executive orders
